Original Drawing upon which the Phoenix Design was Based

This was sent to me years ago by Gary Elliott Col OKARNG.  It was done in pencil.

Elliott wrote on the back of OldPhoenix & is self explanatory.  If you can’t read it I let me know, I will type it.
